WHO AM I?

I am currently a planning editor with Spectrum News 1 Ohio. I graduated from Indiana University in May 2019. My studies have taken me around the world: I spent a month in Kampala, Uganda writing about how the HIV/AIDS epidemic is still wreaking havoc in East Africa and the talented, fantastic people working to stop it. I spent time in Okinawa, Japan to report on U.S. military influence on the local culture. In the U.S., I interned at the Journal Gazette in Fort Wayne reporting on both the metro and features desks. I also worked as an education reporter for the Reporter-Times and Mooresville-Decatur Times newspapers. I spent most of my time at the Indiana Daily Student newspaper at IU.
